I?ve been working hard on it for quite some time, and earlier this week I was finally able to unveil my new (or should I say redesigned) Albuquerque real estate website.
It?s a redesign of a site that has been around for quite some time that just needed some freshening up.
The same great home search features are available there as always, including the ability to search for homes by Albuquerque Areas and by high school district.
The home search tool is much improved, however, giving the user the chance to cater search result to their specific needs. Once a potential home buyer lands on a page like La Cueva High School Homes, for instance, they can then adjust the price range by typing it in or by using the cool slider.
Not detailed enough? They can also adjust the numbers of bedrooms and baths, the total interior square footage, number of days on the market plus more.
Some real estate agents ?complain how so much information is available online these days. Sometimes it almost seems as if they want to go back to the old days, before buyer brokerage was available, so they can control the listing information and be the only way consumers can get it.
Not me, I embrace the information age and all the changes it has brought to how Albuquerque real estate is marketed and sold! I say ?more power to the consumer!?
Please consider checking out the website. Look around, search for homes and experience using the best tool that?s out there. And of course, if you need to get into the house of your dreams to see it person, please reach out to me by texting or calling 505.803.5012 anytime.
