Families ARE Fun!: Pumpkin Explosion!!

We Love Fall...We Love Halloween!!

This is the second year in a row...that we moved right during fall...putting a serious crunch on all the Fall activities!

In a desperate attempt to get our new home feeling like FALL...we have had a slight EXPLOSION OF PUMPKINS!

I gave the kids all a paper...and orange paint..

WHAT SHAPE OF PUMPKIN WOULD YOU BE...IF YOU WERE A PUMPKIN?

They all made their shape...then we unpacked the craft supplies...and let them design their own pumpkins!

CAN YOU GUESS WHO IS WHO?

We proudly hung our pumpkin family in our new home!

We bought pumpkins...to decorate!

?Pumpkin#1:

We used the Pinterest drip paint method!

Oh!? The kids loved it!!!

Pumpkin #2:

Marble painted!

We used the dripped paint and rolled our next pumpkin in it!

It looked best before we over rolled it...but when you have 4 little ones all wanting to roll the pumpkin....it gets extra marble love!

Pumpkin #3:

We took colored tape...and covered the next pumpkin!

All 3 pumpkins are displayed in our front yard next to beautiful full mums...from Costco!

Brown paper bag pumpkins hang from the stairway!

Or...one may be taped in a falling position...from my comedian children! ;)

I purchased pumpkin head blanks...Luke, Annika, and Brady decorated them...

And have been playing with them ever since!

Of course we had to have a Jack O Lantern lunch!!1
