The role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the innovation team driving key initiatives across MYOB.? This position will help shape the future of MYOB, partnering with the Business group to drive strategic objectives by providing a high level of people related services and projects.

Working with Executives & Senior Managers, you will be required to understand business change and how to advise on people related strategies to build a world class team.

Experience

  • Extensive experience developing strategic relationships and business acumen such that you can understand business drivers for change/market demand & potential people implications
  • Proven experience working at a Senior HR Advisory level
  • Experience driving HR initiatives across a leadership group & supporting teams, allowing for flexibility
  • Experience identifying and reporting across critical HR metrics
  • Previous experience implementing and delivering on key HR Projects and programs
  • Experience driving initiatives to build MYOB?s employment brand in the market
  • A strong working knowledge of current ANZ Employment legislation
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR related disciplines
