Yeah, I agree with SunnyView. Make sure, that when you hire a pest control company to perform the Wood Destroying Inspection (or NPMA-33), that the technician performing the inspection is licensed and certified. Not all states require that the technician have the appropriate certificate to perform these real estate transaction inspections. I know this, because I work in the industry.
